1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Customized, printed, embroidered, or made-to-order uniforms are generally not eligible for return or refund, unless there is a manufacturing defect or incorrect item delivered.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized uniforms
  • Altered products
  • Washed or used garments
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse
  • Clearance or discounted items (if applicable)

3. Return Process

To request a return or replacement, customers must:

  1. Contact our support team via email or phone.
  2. Provide:
    • Order number
    • Product photos (if damaged/incorrect)
    • Reason for return
  3. Wait for confirmation from our team before shipping the item back.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

4. Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.

If the refund is delayed, customers are advised to check with their bank or payment provider.

5. Replacement Policy

We offer replacements for:

  • Damaged products
  • Defective products
  • Wrong items delivered

Replacement requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before production or dispatch.

Customized or bulk uniform orders may not be cancelled once processing has started.

If eligible, refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 7 business days.

7. Shipping for Returns

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the issue was caused by us.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
